Welcome to Klmaty (كلماتي). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Klmaty mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Klmaty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. مرحبًا بك في كلماتي. تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيق كلماتي المحمول والموقع الإلكتروني (يُشار إليهما معًا باسم "الخدمة"). باستخدام كلماتي، أنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

1. Acceptance of Terms 1. قبول الشروط

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are creating an account on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian. بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة، تؤكد أنك تبلغ من العمر 18 عامًا على الأقل (أو سن الرشد في ولايتك القضائية) وقادر على الدخول في اتفاقية ملزمة. إذا كنت تنشئ حسابًا نيابة عن طفل، فأنت تمثل أنك والد الطفل أو الوصي القانوني.

2. Description of Service 2. وصف الخدمة

Klmaty is an educational application designed for children ages 3 and older, with features including: كلماتي هو تطبيق تعليمي مصمم للأطفال من سن 3 سنوات فما فوق، مع ميزات تشمل:

• Words Module: 30+ words across Animals, Food, Objects categories with sounds and pictures وحدة الكلمات: أكثر من 30 كلمة في فئات الحيوانات والطعام والأشياء مع أصوات وصور
• Alphabet Module: All alphabet characters (English and Arabic) with pronunciation practice وحدة الحروف: جميع أحرف الأبجدية (الإنجليزية والعربية) مع ممارسة النطق
• Stories Module: 5+ interactive illustrated stories وحدة القصص: أكثر من 5 قصص تفاعلية مصورة
• Parental controls with daily usage timer limits, module enable/disable control, and biometric/PIN protection ضوابط الوالدين مع حدود مؤقت الاستخدام اليومي، التحكم في تفعيل/تعطيل الوحدات، والحماية البيومترية/PIN
• Usage tracking and progress monitoring with learning summaries تتبع الاستخدام ومراقبة التقدم مع ملخصات التعلم

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف أي جزء من الخدمة في أي وقت.

3. Account Registration 3. تسجيل الحساب

5. Subscription and Payments 5. الاشتراك والدفع

Klmaty offers both free and premium features. Subscription plans include Monthly, Yearly (marked as "Popular"), and Lifetime (marked as "Best Value"). Premium benefits include access to all stories, all alphabet exercises, complete words library, and no usage time limits. While we strive to provide accurate and age-appropriate educational content, we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HESOLVEIT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون HeSolveIt والشركات التابعة لها والمسؤولون والمديرون والموظفون والوكلاء مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما في ذلك فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات أو السمعة.

11. Termination 11. الإنهاء

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. 13. Dispute Resolution 13. حل النزاعات

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Egypt. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو استخدامك للخدمة يجب أولاً محاولة حله من خلال التفاوض بحسن نية. إذا فشل التفاوض، يتم حل النزاعات من خلال محاكم مصر.

14. Changes to Terms 14. التغييرات على الشروط

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service.
